002. Party Governance.
002.000 The Founder And President-At-Large, Gölök Buday, has full veto and policy control and may enforce the party constitution at any time. There is no election for this.
002.001 The President/Vice President is elected every 2 years by ballot in each Ward office and/or location and requires a win in 2/3s of Wards or a run-off vote must be made within a week.
002.002 The Councillors Are Elected In Each Ward as Councillors and Ward Party President and must get 50+1% of the vote or go to run off, and candidates must live in the Ward. The same goes for the Borough Party Advocate. A ward association must have 5 members.
002.003 No nomination contest may be used as a scam to encourage candidates to build the membership, it should be promoted by people of their free will.
002.004 Party dies with founder.
